What’s New

January 18th, 2013

  • Over the past quarter, we’ve had the pleasure of adding the State of Pennsylvania to the Take Charge client family.
  • Please join us in congratulating Janice Bergstresser, ACC, who completed a certificate in Neuroscience.  In December, Janice completed the 6 month Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership, a program focused on exploring how a better understanding of how the brain works can help individuals and organizations maximize their potential. NeuroLeadership explores the neuroscience aspect of what’s involved in:
    • Decision making and problem solving
    • Staying cool under pressure
    • Collaborating with others
    • Facilitating change

The program is sponsored by the NeuroLeadership Institute, an international research association which is a network of scientists, researchers, educators, coaches and other individuals interested in the application of neuro-science research to how people think, develop and perform.

Janice is using her new perspectives to help her executive clients develop fresh insights and brain-smart habits.

If you would like to know more about how NeuroLeadership could help your organization at the individual, team or systems level, please contact our office at 610-380-0970.
