    • U.S Army Corps of Engineers (Huntsville, AL) – employs approximately 37,000 dedicated Civilians and Soldiers delivering engineering services to customers in more than 90 countries worldwide. With environmental sustainability as a guiding principle, the Corps team is working diligently to strengthen our Nation’s security by building and maintaining America’s infrastructure and providing military facilities where our servicemembers train, work and live
  • Projects this quarter included individual and group coaching, teambuilding, and leadership training. We also custom designed facilitator training for a client—providing a six-workshop series that they own and will provide to their future facilitators. In another instance, we are designing a 9-month blended learning experience for mid-level managers in a large organization.
  • Dr. Ria Hawkins had the opportunity to speak to human resources professionals in the Capital Area Human Resources Association as well as SHRM’s annual conference in June. In addition she was interviewed and will be one of 12 people featured on a new cable series this fall entitled, “And that’s the Truth.”
  • On a personal note, Nadine Garrow modeled the take charge spirit when she went sky diving recently with her nephew. Take a look at the incredible video of Nadine flying through the sky.
  • We are thrilled to announce Dr. Hawkins welcomed her first grandchild into the world, Vivian Grace Terry born July 4, 2012.
