Coatesville, PA – Dr. Ria Hawkins, President of Take Charge Consultants, announced that Take Charge will be volunteering to help Chester County youth through Chester County Futures.  “We are excited about this opportunity to give back to our local community while pulling on one of our core competencies—leadership.  Take Charge will provide development sessions designed to help youth recognize their key strengths and values, develop resiliency and sharpen decision making skills.”

Maria McDonald of Chester County Futures noted, “We are pleased to have formed a relationship with Take Charge.  We believe it to be a partnership that will compliment Chester County Futures strong academic programming while providing economically disadvantaged Chester County youth the opportunity to define themselves as self-empowered leaders of tomorrow.  Our shared goal is to provide our students with the college readiness and life skills needed to be self-sufficient and to prosper.”
