Just In! Change at work costs more than you think!

June 8th, 2017

What’s hot?

Almost one-third of US workers are cynical about organizational changes and management’s motives.*

So what?

Employees who have been affected by change at work are more likely to report chronic work stress, less likely to trust their employer and more likely to say they plan to leave the organization within the next year.*

What to do?

  • Engage and involve people:
  • Discuss why the change is necessary.
  • Ask them how they view the current state – AND listen.
  • Ask them what a better state would look like and what it will take to get there.
  • Employ the four most powerful words – I need your help – to get them involved.
